Three plans. Each contains the one before it.
There's no checkout. Every plan starts with a conversation, so it's set up around how your company works.
Service values show what a plan contains and what it compares to.
Every service, priced on its own
Each service can be ordered by itself. A plan costs less than the same services bought separately.
Single services carry a one-time setup, quoted for your shop.
What each plan contains
Tap any service to see what it does, why it matters, and the benefit. A check means the plan includes it.
Included in every plan
Usage
Texts, call minutes, emails and your system phone number aren't included in any plan price. They're billed on what you actually use, against a prepaid balance that tops itself up, with every charge itemised in your account.
There's no monthly allowance to run out of and no overage penalty.
Add-ons
Ordered alongside a plan. Individual services aren't sold on their own.
Website Build & Care
For a site that's eight years old, or one that doesn't exist yet.
- Built, hosted, secured and backed up
- Two content updates a month
- Every form on it feeds your inbox
A website is never included in a plan. It's an add-on at every level.
Campaign Landing Page
A single page built for one campaign or one offer.
- One page for one offer and one audience, with the form wired straight into your inbox
Anything outside the standard build, such as Jobber bridges, HubSpot or Yardbook work, instant-quoting systems or bespoke reporting, sits outside the plans and is quoted separately.
Terms, in plain language
The Master Services Agreement governs. This is a plain-language summary.
Every plan and add-on starts with a three-month initial term, then renews month to month.
After the initial term, either side can end a Service Order with 30 days' written notice, effective at the end of that month.
Cancelling during the initial term carries an early termination fee equal to 50% of the recurring fees left in that term. Usage already incurred is still payable.
Setup fees are one-time, due before work begins, and non-refundable once work has started.
For 30 days after the agreement ends, on written request with the account current, you get an export of your contacts, conversation history and content.
Recurring fees can change on 30 days' written notice, effective at the next renewal. If you don't accept a change, you can terminate.
Fees are for the work performed and the systems delivered. They aren't tied to results, and Ground Crew doesn't promise a number of leads, jobs or revenue.
